Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable

The customer is required to cover the shipping & handling cost associated with returning an item with the exception of DOA instances or if we sent you the incorrect item.

During the return shipping, the customer is responsible for any and all customs charges, duties or tariffs both ways. In these cases we will deduct the customs fees from your authorized refund amount.

BARTER HUTT will by default issue replacement items to the customer via Standard Economy Rate Shipping. If the customer wants to utilize a faster shipping method, the relevant shipping and handling fee is applicable.

In case of any breakage or damage during use, any and all repairs, accessories, shipping and handling fees, customs charges, duties or tariffs both ways are fully the customer’s responsibility and are at their own expense.

If an item has been returned under our DOA Policy and is not deemed damaged or defective, return shipping and handling fees plus a 15% restocking fee for satisfactory items would be deducted from the eligible refund amount.
